Mentor Requirements

We're looking for professionals who are passionate about giving back.

At least 3 years of professional experience in your field
Willingness to commit 2-4 hours per month for at least 6 months
An open mind and genuine interest in supporting diverse talent
Professional conduct and adherence to our mentoring guidelines
Ability to attend an initial orientation session
Strong communication skills and patience
